Crates by WhoSampled are sold on a pre-cleared basis. This means you can sample, chop and otherwise manipulate the samples you purchase and release the music you make using them commercially without need for approval. Master and publishing clearance is guaranteed. No sample clearance advances are required.

Sometimes is the classics that work the best. A direction taken from a genuine love for record collecting and music production.
The humble milkcrate. Every DJ & producer has had one of these in their house with dusty vinyl ready to sample.
The brief stated “keep it clean with no gimmicks”.
However, a desire to have an ownable element to the identity. Something with longevity that can be used in the brand aesthetic over time.
Playing into the milkcrate once again and thinking into how records are displayed. Rested at 45 degree angle reared it head. We explored a subtle cutoff in logo. Simple. People are always gonna do it. It’s how its done.
