To challenge the preconceived notions of exercise - you don't have to be on a spin bike or run the fastest race. We want all women to feel included in the sisterhood and invite women to drop the mental load and connect to the joy they felt in their youth. Not to see exercise as a chore or an added note to the to do list. To feel free, to feel connected and to feel joy.

Sweaty Betty tasked us with capturing the joy friends give each other when working out together in film.

The connection of the sisterhood of the 10 Iron Women allowed us to tap into the narrative of ‘Play my Way’. A sense of freedom, joy and colour to inspires customers to join the play of Sweaty Betty.
