Sweaty Betty teamed up with @these_girls_run and asked their community to share the restrictions female runners face when the clocks change. They gave us their thoughts and experiences running when the mornings and evenings get darker.
We made this film for Sweaty Betty to highlight their collaboration with Saucony which aims to empower women to feel comfortable running 365 days a year.

A set that keeps you warm (and visible) is a no-brainer for frosty mornings and moonlit nights. We shot to highlight the new-and-improved Therma Boost collection, with water-resistant fabric, reflective details and warm fleece-feel linings.
